Requirements
Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barber, with at least 2 years in a leadership role or supervisory capacity.
Licensed Barber: Current and valid barber license as required by the state.
Exceptional Skillset: Strong proficiency in traditional and modern barbering techniques, including precision haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming services.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships and deliver a high-quality client experience.
Excellent Communication: Clear communication skills with the ability to provide instructions, feedback, and customer care effectively.
Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail with a focus on delivering precise and high-quality results.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with barbering.
